Initiating the structural steel manufacturer has proved to be a great decision, as it is an important material used in the construction of bridges, towers, warehouses, windows, doors, etc.
With a high success rate from the previous initiatives, A-One Steel Group took a few more leaps towards infrastructural development by installing a machine for continuous casting in the year 2011 and by establishing another manufacturing unit called A-One Steel and Alloys Pvt. Ltd. at Gauribidanur, a town in Chikballapur district, Karnataka. With the installation of the continuous casting machine, ingots have been replaced with the production of billets. A-One Steel Group has been a pioneer in the process of involving hot charging of billets. A-One Steel and Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the manufacturing of the TMT Rolling Mill with a massive capacity of 50,000 Tonnes Per Annum and the manufacturing of MS Billets. A-One Steel Group holds the reputation of having built the first-ever integrated and coherent steel plant with a unique technology involving online charging. A dedication to helping the Nation grow in a steady yet progressive manner has led A-One Steel Group to brainstorm beyond the think-out-of-the-box concept.
