Job Overview: The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
    • Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and mediation.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives and maintain open lines of communication.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
    • Work with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
    • Support the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
  4. Compliance & Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  5. HR Metrics & Reporting:
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and key performance indicators.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
